With the internet based solution, Database only systems can be setup within 3-5 days. In certain cases the number of interfaces, existing equipment, historical data conversion, and requested customization play a factor in determining the final installation date.

Does EVKO interface with billing and hospital wide systems?
Yes, EVKO can easily interface with your anesthesia billing, practice management and the hospital's ADT system. EVKO provides a set of components for interfacing with dozens of third party medical record systems, billing systems and third party registry systems. Interfacing will reduce data entry time and prevents data redundancy and reduces errors resulting from manual data entry.

EVKO provides initial training via the web and provides electronic user manuals on the use of its software solutions. Additional training is available during normal business hours and may include third party web services for a fully integrated session. EVKO will also train on-site.

Person to person support is located in Barrington, Illinois. EVKO is relationship driven and prides itself on its personalized customer support. Technical assistance, training, and screen and schema customization is available via the phone, on site visits, or through Citrix or VPN connection, and WebEx.
